KENNESAW, GA–March 5, 2019–Orasi, a DevOps technology and consulting firm that ensures confident delivery of transformative applications that grow and simplify business, today announced it has again been named a “Top Workplace” by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). Orasi was one of more than 4,300 companies nominated for the honor. It received the award for the third time, having been named a Top Workplace by the AJC in 2014 and 2016.
Orasi received its award at a recognition event for Top Workplace winners on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta. Its achievement was also highlighted in a special section of the AJC on Sunday, March 3, 2019 and on the AJC’s Top Workplaces channel.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage (formerly Workplace Dynamics), a Philadelphia-based human resources consulting company. This year, the firm surveyed 256 metro area companies. Throughout those companies, more than 55,000 employees participated in the survey.
To be eligible for consideration as an Atlanta Metro Area Top Workplace, organizations must first be nominated by employees of the firm. From that point, the AJC’s editorial team reaches out to nominated organizations, gaining permission for a brief employee survey. Companies that are well-rated by their employees are eligible for inclusion in the final Top Workplaces listing. The only other criteria for nomination is that all firms must have 50 employees or more.
“Dedication to excellence and achievement among Orasi’s employees is a primary driver of our success, and we strive to provide a positive, supportive work environment for them,” said Orasi Software President and CEO Nick Kavadellas. “It was very rewarding to learn that our employees continue to support Orasi at such a high level that their praise has again placed us among this exclusive group of Top Workplace award winners.”
